What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message you provide, together with technical metadata (timestamp, IP address of the request) required to process and respond to your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this information to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and to comply with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to answer them and any follow-up correspondence, after which they are deleted or archived according to applicable retention rules.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to info@dgtal.io.
