DGTAL’s Vanda Giannara spoke to Intelligent Insurer at this year’s RVS 2025 in Monte Carlo about what it takes for the industry to move further into AI adoption — and where the responsibility sits on each side of that conversation.

Her point cuts both ways. Insurers cannot treat AI as a procurement exercise — adoption asks them to reconsider how work is actually done. And vendors cannot expect that to happen on the strength of a demo: the case has to be made in terms the business already measures.
